Senior Data Scientist - Machine Learning

Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly analytical and skilled Data Scientist who can extract, clean, and interpret large datasets to uncover trends and deliver actionable business insights. You'll play a critical role in building machine learning models, automating data pipelines, and driving end-to-end data science solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract meaningful insights

- Design and deploy machine learning models for classification, prediction, and optimization

- Apply statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and prescriptive analytics

- Build and maintain ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing

- Create impactful visualizations and dashboards using Power BI, Looker, or Tableau

- Work with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (GCP preferred)

- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions

- Communicate findings clearly through visual reports and executive summaries

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Data Science and Analytics

- Strong programming skills in Python

- Expertise in Advanced SQL and database querying

- Proficiency with ML frameworks: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

- Deep knowledge of statistical techniques and modeling (predictive & prescriptive)

- Experience with Big Data tools - Spark, Hadoop

- Working knowledge of ETL tools and Kafka

- Exposure to cloud environments (especially GCP)

- Strong communication and storytelling with data

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

- Experience in delivering production-level data science solutions

- Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment practices
