JOB DESCRIPTION :

As a Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI), you will lead the design, research, and implementation of advanced AI solutions to address complex business challenges. You will work across the full ML lifecycle - from ideation and experimentation to scalable deploymentdeveloping and fine-tuning models such as LLMs, diffusion models, and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities :

- Build, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI and LLM-based solutions using frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace, and PyTorch.

- Develop, test, and optimize RAG pipelines, diffusion models, and AI agents for real-world use cases.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize ML solutions with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, W&B).

- Apply deep statistical and ML theory to create efficient, robust, and scalable models.

- Stay current with advancements in AI research, contributing to innovation and model improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

- 3.5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

- Strong foundation in ML/DL architectures, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.

- Experience in production-grade LLMs, RAG, and generative AI systems.
