Key Responsibilities :

- Design, train, and fine-tune deep learning models to enhance Anokis video understanding system - improving video retrieval, object detection, and content classification.

- Develop predictive and recommendation models for ad targeting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies using state-of-the-art machine learning and statistical techniques.

- Build and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines, ensuring scalability, robustness, and reproducibility in production environments.

- Work with large structured and unstructured datasets, including video, text, and user behavioral data.

- Perform data cleaning, feature extraction, and dimensionality reduction to optimize model performance.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and ensure high-quality data availability.

- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and A/B testing frameworks.

- Implement continuous model monitoring, retraining, and versioning following MLOps best practices.

- Identify bottlenecks in model inference and optimize for latency, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

- Explore and prototype novel architectures and transformer-based approaches for video and contextual understanding.

- Stay updated on the latest research in AI, ML, and deep learning, integrating relevant advances into Anokis systems.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and contribute to the long-term AI roadmap.

- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and analysts to align modeling efforts with business objectives.

- Champion data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.

- Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.

- Proven experience in building, deploying, and maintaining ML models in production environments.

- Experience handling large-scale structured and unstructured datasets (e.g., video, text, clickstream).

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.).

- Familiarity with data engineering tools and pipelines, including SQL, Spark, or Kafka.

- Experience with model deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud ML services (AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML).

- Knowledge of MLOps principles, including experiment tracking (MLflow, Weights & Biases), CI/CD, and monitoring.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable solutions.
