Senior Data Scientist Computer Vision

Location : Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience : 56 years (with 4+ years in Data Science / AI / Deep Learning)

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate Senior Data Scientist with expertise in computer vision and deep learning to join our Bangalore team. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for image, video, and analytics applications, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and deploy deep learning models for image classification, object detection, segmentation, and video analytics.

- Handle large-scale image/video datasets with preprocessing, augmentation, and feature extraction.

- Implement MLOps practices: model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Familiarity with Databricks notebooks, MLflow, Delta Lake.

- Solid understanding of CNNs, transfer learning, ViT, and other computer vision algorithms.

- Experience with Azure cloud ecosystem and UNIX/Linux scripting.

- Exposure to NLP techniques is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education :

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, ECE, EE, or related field.

- Masters in AI / Deep Learning / Computer Vision is highly preferred.
