We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience who can build and deploy scalable AI solutions, with strong expertise in recommendation systems, NLP/chatbots, Generative AI, and LLMs, along with hands-on experience in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience (must-have) in Data Science/Machine Learning with a strong focus on building and deploying AI models.

- Expertise in recommendation systems (must-have) including collaborative filtering, matrix factorization, and content-based filtering.

- Hands-on experience with NLP & chatbots (must-have) using conversational AI frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of Generative AI & LLMs (must-have) including transformer models (GPT, BERT, T5) and GANs.

- Proficiency in ML frameworks & programming (must-have) : Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Hugging Face, NLTK.

- Experience with cloud platforms (must-have) such as AWS (including Bedrock), GCP, or Azure for deploying and scaling ML models.

Responsibilities :

- Design and optimize recommendation systems to improve user experience and engagement.

- Build and deploy NLP-based chatbots to automate customer interactions and business workflows.

- Develop Generative AI solutions for content generation and process automation.

- Apply and fine-tune LLMs (e. g., GPT, BERT) to solve business-specific problems.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy scalable and reliable ML models in production.

- Mentor junior team members and drive adoption of best practices in AI/ML development.
