About the Role :

- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to drive data-driven decision-making, build advanced analytics solutions, and lead machine learning initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML, statistical modeling, and business problem-solving, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem formulation to deployment

- Develop and implement machine learning models, predictive analytics, and AI solutions

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define success metrics

- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights

- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and ML workflows

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems

- Conduct A/B testing, experimentation, and performance evaluation of models

- Stay updated with latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science technologies

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience : 10-15 years in Data Science / Analytics / AI / ML

- Education : Masters or Bachelors in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and AI models

- Experience with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Spark, or Hadoop

- Strong knowledge of Statistics, Probability, and Optimization techniques

- Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Experience deploying models in production (MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes preferred)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in domains such as FinTech, E-commerce, Healthcare, or Call Center Automation

- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or ChatGPT-like models

- Experience leading small data science teams or projects
