Senior Data Scientist (AI / LLM / MLE)

Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in ML engineering, Generative AI, and LLM-based systems. The role involves designing, deploying, and scaling end-to-end production-grade ML pipelines, including AI copilots, agentic workflows, and multimodal systems. You will work closely with engineering and product teams while mentoring junior members and shaping best practices in MLOps and responsible AI.

- Lead the complete ML lifecycle model design, training, validation, and deployment.

- Build scalable ML pipelines with CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and drift detection.

- Fine-tune LLMs and develop RAG pipelines using vector databases.

- Build agentic and reasoning-based workflows for decision-making use cases.

- Develop real-time and batch inference systems using Docker, Kubernetes, Spark, etc.

- Work with modern AI architectures: transformers, diffusion models, RLHF, multimodal systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business applications.

- Mentor junior engineers and uphold best practices in MLOps and scalable AI systems.

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.

- Experience in LLM fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, vector search (Weaviate/PGVector), and RAG.

- Knowledge of agent-based development (ReAct agents, function-calling, orchestration).

- Solid understanding of MLOps tools : Docker, Kubernetes, Spark, model registries, CI/CD.

- Strong software engineering fundamentals version control, testing, API development.

- Ability to balance innovation with reliable, scalable deployment.

- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
