Senior Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

Core Responsibilities :

- Translates user stories and functional specifications into logical program designs, code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions in an agile environment.

- Collaborates with key stakeholders including product management, infrastructure and security to ensure that functional specifications are converted into flexible, scalable, and maintainable solution designs

- Collaborate with data scientists and other engineers to integrate AI into broader system architectures

- Stay current with AI trends and suggest improvements to existing systems and workflows

- Run machine learning tests and experiments

- Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks

- Mentors others by applying and sharing an in-depth understanding of company and industry methodologies, policies, standards, and controls

- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role

- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)

Years of Experience : 4- 8 years

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have) :

- Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture

- Ability to write robust code in Python and/or Java

- Exposure (or Experience) in building scalable analytical solutions by integrating with AI, ML or Large language model (LLMs)

- Knowledge of AI and Large language models will be a plus

- Collaborate with data scientists and other engineers to integrate AI into broader system architectures

- Stay current with AI trends and suggest improvements to existing systems and workflows

- Run machine learning tests and experiments

- Experienced in MLOps.

- Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks

- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role

- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
