We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who can design systems, build production-grade AI models, and lead high-impact analytics initiatives.

This is a hands-on role where you will architect advanced AI platforms, deliver end-to-end analytical solutions, and manage the India-based data science team in close collaboration with U. stakeholders.

What Youll Do :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI/ML systems.

- Build production-ready models using Python, RStudio, SQL, and work with LLMs.

- Lead forecasting, demand planning, customer analytics, and retention modeling.

- Build and maintain data pipelines, cloud workflows, and DevOps processes.

- Present insights clearly through strong data visualizations.

- Manage and mentor the India-based data science team.

- Align execution with business priorities and ensure high-quality delivery.

- Solve complex analytical and technical problems with ownership and clarity.

What Were Looking For :

- 8+ years of hands-on Data Science experience.

- Strong programming skills in Python, RStudio, SQL.

- Experience with ML models, forecasting, statistical analysis.

- Exposure to LLM-based solutions.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Prior experience leading or managing a data/analytics team.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to balance system-level thinking with hands-on execution.

- Must reside within one-hour commute to Sloan, Gurugram.

- MNC experience preferred.
