Senior Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML/AI models to solve complex business challenges across multiple domains.

- Define, build, and evolve data models, analytical tools, and advanced data science capabilities.

- Apply statistical methods and algorithms to extract insights, optimize strategies, and improve business outcomes.

- Deliver solutions in areas such as

- Object Detection & Image Recognition

- Natural Language Processing (NLP), Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modeling, Concept Extraction

- Recommender Systems, Text Classification, Clustering

- Customer Segmentation, Propensity & Churn Modeling, Lifetime Value Estimation

- Forecasting, Marketing Mix & Price Optimization, Response Modeling

- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex findings into actionable business insights through clear visualizations and presentations.

- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists; foster knowledge sharing and innovation.

- Drive projects using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

- Partner with cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore) to deliver impactful, production-ready solutions.

Requirements :

- 6+ years experience (3+ years as a data scientist).

- Strong Python skills (OOP, modular programming, and APIs with Flask/FastAPI).

- Expertise in ML algorithms & deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).

- Knowledge of Azure cloud, PySpark, and unit testing is a plus.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Degree in computer science, statistics, math, or a related field.
