Senior Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence

As a Data Scientist specializing in Computer Vision at First Living Spaces, you will play a crucial role in shaping the AI strategy for India's first comprehensive real estate ecosystem.

This role involves close interaction with developers, brokers, societies, and most importantly, our end customers, offering a unique opportunity to impact the real estate landscape significantly.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated deep learning models using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, focusing on applications in computer vision, natural language processing, and generative AI.

- Optimize AI model performance utilizing advanced techniques such as quantization, distillation, transfer learning, and multi-GPU training.

- Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment of data science initiatives with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning and AI research to integrate cutting-edge technology into our projects.

- Effectively communicate complex model results and strategic insights to key stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.

- Proficient in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow; strong programming skills in Python.

- Familiarity with AI libraries like HuggingFace, OpenCV, and Scikit-Learn.

- A solid foundation in the underlying mathematics of data science, including statistics, probability, and linear algebra.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is desirable.

- Contributions to major ML/AI conferences, publications, or open-source projects will be viewed favorably.
