About the Role :

We are seeking a Software Engineer with expertise in Generative AI and Microsoft technologies to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem. You will work with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications leveraging generative AI models and Azure services.

Skills Required :

- Experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and LLM development

- Proven expertise in architecting and deploying LLM-based solutions in production.

- Proficiency in Python programming, with knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.

- Deep understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML models, model versioning, and monitoring.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a preference for Azure for scalable AI deployments.

- Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) and RAG architectures.

- Proficiency in LLM evaluation techniques like perplexity, BLEU scores, ROUGE, and human-in-the-loop validation.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and multimodal AI.

- Hands-on experience with various databases and SQL.

- Strong problem-solving abilities to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a technical team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric

- Hands-on with Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs or custom model training
