We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with 6+ years of hands-on experience in building data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data engineering, with the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.

- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and support decision-making.

- Design and deploy scalable data pipelines and predictive models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Build dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends in data science and AI technologies.

- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles.

- Strong proficiency in Python or R.

- Hands-on experience with libraries such as :

a. Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn

b. TensorFlow / PyTorch

- Experience with SQL and database systems.

- Knowledge of big data tools like Spark, Hadoop (preferred).

- Strong understanding of :

a. Machine Learning algorithms

b. Statistical modeling

c. Data visualization techniques

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in NLP, Deep Learning, or Computer Vision.

- Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment.

- Experience working in Agile environments.
