Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI to design and deploy scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with tabular, text, and audio data, along with strong capabilities in model deployment, MLOps, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML/DL models across diverse data types (structured, unstructured, and audio).

- Build and optimize Generative AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs).

- Develop end-to-end ML pipelines, from data preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.

- Implement and manage MLOps workflows for continuous integration, delivery, and model lifecycle management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

- Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning to improve model performance.

- Ensure model scalability, reliability, and performance in production environments.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs/SLMs) and NLP applications.

- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Experience working with tabular, text, and audio datasets.

- Strong understanding of MLOps tools and practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.

- Solid knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Education :

UG : B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization

PG : M.Tech in any specialization (preferred)

Preferred Experience :

- Prior experience in the automobile industry or related domains is a plus.
