Job Overview :

We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist with a strong focus on cloud, data systems, and analytics rather than core machine learning model building.

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in data processing, cloud platforms, and scalable data solutions within a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and manage scalable data pipelines on cloud platforms

- Perform advanced data analysis and generate business insights

- Work with large datasets to support decision-making and reporting

- Collaborate with product and business teams to solve data-driven problems

- Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL

- Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

- Experience in data engineering / data analytics / data platforms

- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and databases

- Ability to work with large-scale structured and unstructured data

Important Note (Screening Clarity) :

- This role is not focused on core Machine Learning model development

- Candidates with strong cloud, data engineering, and analytics experience will be preferred

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in EdTech or product-based companies

- Exposure to data warehousing tools (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)

- Familiarity with Airflow, Spark, or similar tools
