We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with strong hands-on expertise in DataRobot and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will drive data initiatives, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires deep technical expertise combined with strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models using DataRobot, including AutoML and MLOps capabilities.

- Analyze large and complex datasets to design, validate, and implement predictive and statistical models.

- Apply advanced ML algorithms, feature engineering techniques, and evaluation metrics to

derive meaningful insights.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end data-driven solutions.

- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to

technical and non-technical audiences.

- Continuously monitor model performance and enhance models based on evolving business needs.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

Mandatory :

- Proven hands-on experience with DataRobot (AutoML, MLOps, deployment workflows).

- Strong expertise in Machine Learning algorithms, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation techniques.

- Experience with data visualization and presenting insights to stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of MLOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
