Job Purpose :

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with deep hands-on expertise in DataRobot to build, deploy, and scale advanced ML solutions. The role involves leveraging AutoML, MLOps, and modeling capabilities while collaborating with business stakeholders to translate insights into impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, train, and deploy ML models using DataRobot (AutoML, MLOps).

- Apply strong knowledge of ML algorithms, modeling techniques, and evaluation metrics.

- Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, and complex analysis using Python and SQL.

- Communicate insights and explain ML outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ensure model governance, scalability, and production readiness.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of Data Science / ML experience.

- Deep hands-on experience with DataRobot (AutoML, MLOps, advanced capabilities).

- Strong knowledge of ML algorithms and model evaluation.

- Proficient in Python and SQL.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
