Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with hands-on mastery in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and deep understanding of ETL and ELT frameworks. This role centers on architecting robust data pipelines across on-prem and cloud Oracle ecosystems, automating ingestion from varied sources including APIs. Exposure to Oracle FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)

- Build and automate data ingestion workflows through Python and shell scripting

- Integrate structured and unstructured data from APIs, databases, and cloud platforms

- Configure ODI load plans, packages, and interfaces for scalable, high-performance data processing

- Develop and maintain metadata layers, subject areas, and dashboards in OAC (RPD Modeling)

- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement self-service analytics via OTBI and Oracle Cloud tools

- Document integration logic and ensure transparency across transformation layers and data lineage

- Work with architects and DBAs to implement security, governance, and compliance measures

Required Skills :

- Hands-on expertise in ODI Studio, Knowledge Modules, and Load Plan architecture

- Proficiency in ETL/ELT frameworks, performance tuning, and staging optimization

- Advanced scripting in Python and Unix shell for workflow automation and validation

- Strong knowledge of API data integration, including authentication, filtering, and normalization

- OBIEE experience with RPD modeling, dashboard development, and analytic views

- Familiarity with OTBI and Oracle Fusion modules for transactional data access Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to Oracle FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) for cloud-native data modeling and insight generation

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)

- Candidate from OBIEE /BI Apps background is strongly preferred

- Solid PL/SQL skills with a knack for query optimization

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across business and technical teams
