Senior Data Engineer

Description :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Engineer/Senior Data Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of robust data solutions. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient data systems.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.

- Design and implement data pipelines using Python and SQL.

- Develop and optimize data models for analytics and reporting.

- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to build and manage data infrastructure.

- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and product managers.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.

- Lead multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.

Background :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

- 2+ years of experience in data engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with tools like Airflow, dbt, Spark, and data warehousing solutions.

- Exposure to CI/CD, version control, and infrastructure-as-code tools is a plus.
