Job Title : Senior Data Engineer

Location : Onsite Client Project at Hyderabad/Bengaluru, India

Shift Hours : 11 AM to 8 PM IST

Work Mode : Mon-Fri, Onsite

Domain : BFSI

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad and Bengaluru for an onsite BFSI client project. In this contingent resource role, you will consult on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives, contributing to the design and implementation of robust data solutions in both batch and real-time environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide strategic consultation on complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.

- Analyze and resolve multi-faceted engineering challenges involving novel or unprecedented factors.

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines and data engineering solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Contribute to long-term planning and architecture decisions for data platforms.

- Engage with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Minimum of 8 years of hands on experience with following technical Skills is required :

- Programming & Scripting : Python, Unix Shell Scripting.

- Big Data & Processing : PySpark, Apache Spark.

- Cloud Platforms : Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Proven experience in designing and building large-scale data pipelines.

- Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles.

- Experience working in both batch and real-time data processing environments.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
