Role Overview :

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong experience in Gold Loan / Gold Lending analytics. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Python and SQL and have hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and lending/financial services data.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze Gold Loan and lending data to identify business trends, portfolio performance, and actionable insights.

- Build and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical reports for business and leadership teams.

- Perform portfolio, collections, credit, and customer analytics.

- Analyze metrics such as disbursement, collection efficiency, DPD, PAR, NPA, LTV, roll rates, vintage/cohort analysis, and portfolio performance.

- Develop data pipelines and automate recurring reports using Python, SQL, and other analytics tools.

- Work with business, product, credit, risk, and operations teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through exploratory and statistical analysis.

Must-Have Skills :

- 36 years of experience in Data Analytics.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.

- Experience in Gold Loan / Gold Lending / Secured Lending analytics is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of Excel.
