Senior Data Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business and product decisions. You'll work closely with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to understand problems, build reliable reports and dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve our healthcare services.

Must-Haves :

- 3 - 6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, product analytics, or a similar role.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.

- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, data cleaning, conditional formulas, and working with large datasets.

- Experience with product analytics, including user journeys, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention, conversion, and feature adoption.

- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards using Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.

- Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data quality validation.

- Ability to translate business and product questions into measurable metrics, analytical frameworks, and actionable recommendations.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, investigate performance trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points :

- Experience in healthcare, health-tech, insurance, or other data-intensive industries.

- Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical analysis.

- Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.

- Experience working with large-scale data warehouses such as ClickHouse, Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.

- Exposure to data engineering concepts, including ETL pipelines, data transformations, and data quality monitoring.

- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, statistical significance, and measuring product impact.

- Startup experience or having been part of high-growth product teams.

- Familiarity with healthcare metrics such as appointment conversion, provider utilization, patient engagement, claims, and operational efficiency.
