- Architect and maintain scalable data models within Snowflake to support high-frequency trade and transaction reporting, ensuring data accuracy for downstream financial applications.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Java-based services with our data platform, streamlining the flow of information across the enterprise ecosystem.

- Develop sophisticated Power BI dashboards that translate complex cash flow metrics into intuitive visual insights for senior leadership and external clients.

- Implement AI and LLM-driven solutions to automate data reconciliation processes, significantly reducing manual overhead and improving operational efficiency.

- Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements for IBOR/ABOR systems, ensuring that all reporting aligns with global financial standards and internal business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics within Asset Management, Investment Operations, and Financial Services.

- Strong understanding of investment data domains including Trades & Transactions, Positions & Holdings, Valuations, Cash Flows, Accounting Data, and IBOR / ABOR Concepts.

- Experience working with Front Office, Middle Office, and Finance stakeholders.

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel.

- Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms, Power BI, and Tableau or other BI tools.

- Experience with Data Reconciliation, Data Quality Checks, and Data Governance Frameworks.

Communication & Stakeholder Management :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- CFA designation preferred or currently pursuing CFA.

- Exposure to AI/LLM-based data and analytics solutions.

- Previous experience with Big 4 consulting firms or similar consulting organizations.

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale data modernization programs.
