We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior CyberArk Engineer to join our Cybersecurity team in Pune. With over 8 years of specialized experience, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Privileged Access Management (PAM) infrastructure.

As a subject matter expert, you will lead the evolution of our self-service hosted environment, ensuring robust security controls and seamless integration across our enterprise technology stack.

Key Responsibilities :

- Platform Management: Act as the primary expert for the CyberArk PAM self-service hosted environment, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

- Version Upgrades: Lead and execute complex end-to-end version upgrades, including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PTA components.

- System Integration: Design and implement deep integrations between CyberArk and third-party technologies (e.g., SIEM, ITSM/ServiceNow, Identity Governance, and Cloud platforms).

- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test cases and UAT scripts to validate system functionality, security patches, and new feature deployments.

- Access Control Design: Define and manage granular access control policies, ensuring the principle of least privilege is maintained across all managed accounts.

- Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 3/4 support for complex technical issues related to account management, session recording, and automated password rotation.

Essential Skills & Qualifications :

- Core Technical Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience specifically within the CyberArk PAS suite.

- Hosted Environments: Proven track record of managing and optimizing self-service hosted PAM models.

- Lifecycle Management: Extensive experience in manual and automated installation, configuration, and upgrading of CyberArk components.

- Integration Proficiency: Strong knowledge of REST APIs, PACLI, and integration with Active Directory/LDAP and MFA solutions.

- Strategic Knowledge: Deep understanding of the overall CyberArk product roadmap and industry best practices for privileged identity management.

- Documentation: Ability to create high-quality technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and architectural diagrams.
