We are looking for skilled CRM Support/Developers to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will focus on Microsoft D365 Project Operations support and development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L1 & L2 production support for Microsoft D365 Project Operations (Incident Management).

- Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and ensure smooth system operations.

- Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment to production as needed.

- Work closely with IT teams, business users, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

What Were Looking For :

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Project Operations CRM Modules.

- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Ability to support production environments with proactive problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
