Senior Consultant - TypeScript/Next.js

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a strong background in software development and architecture, particularly using TypeScript and Next.js.

The ideal candidate will be a technical leader who is not only hands-on with coding but also influential in driving architectural and design decisions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the go-to expert in at least one technology stack, offering guidance and support on technical challenges

- Develop and maintain web applications using TypeScript, Next.js, and related technologies

- Contribute to technical design discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and influence architecture choices

- Write and maintain test cases to ensure application quality and reliability

- Stay hands-on while mentoring junior team members and promoting engineering best practices

- Exhibit the flexibility to work across different technologies as per project demands

- Provide insights on integration strategies and recommend optimal technology approaches

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in software development (with strong hands-on experience in TypeScript and Next.js)

- Strong understanding of software architecture, component design, and performance optimization

- Experience writing unit and integration tests using modern frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, etc.)

- Demonstrated ability to drive technical decisions, influence teams, and mentor engineers

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with multiple frameworks or full-stack development

- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.)

- Prior consulting experience or client-facing roles
