Collaboration with strong expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), C#, and React to design, develop, and deliver modern collaboration solutions.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Develop custom solutions using SPFx, React, and C#

- Build and integrate SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 components

- Lead solution design, development, and code reviews

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop SharePoint solutions (SharePoint Online & On-Premises)

- Customize SharePoint using SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate

- Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and governance

- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services

- Develop workflows, web parts, and custom applications

- Handle migration projects (on-prem to SharePoint Online)

- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions

- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2016/2019

- Expertise in SPFx (SharePoint Framework)

- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript

- Familiarity with REST API, CSOM, JSOM

- Experience in SharePoint migration tools (e.g., ShareGate)

- Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
