We are looking for an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Expert specializing in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization (IO), and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end IBP solutions, aligning business processes with SAP best practices to enable seamless supply chain planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP IBP modules including Demand, Supply, IO, and S&OP.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

- Design and configure IBP data models, planning areas, key figures, and attributes.

- Integrate IBP with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other systems via CPI-DS or other integration tools.

- Develop and support dashboards, analytics, and forecasting models.

- Conduct workshops, user training, and ensure successful UAT & Go-Live support.

- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 715 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with at least 5 years in SAP IBP.

- Strong hands-on expertise in IBP Demand, Supply, IO, and S&OP modules.

- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, forecasting, and inventory optimization.

- Experience in integration with S/4HANA or ECC environments.

- Knowledge of Excel UI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and IBP Control Tower preferred.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- SAP IBP certification is a plus.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Response & Supply Planning heuristics and optimizer.

- Experience in cloud deployment and performance tuning.

- Familiarity with industry-specific planning best practices (e.g., FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharma).
