We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Consultant, Product Management, to join our dynamic IT team in India.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle ERP, with specialized expertise in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Accounts Payables.

This role demands a strong techno-functional background, hands-on development experience, and the ability to drive complex integrations and product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Techno-Functional Expertise : Serve as a lead techno-functional consultant with over 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP, including at least 3 years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Fusion, particularly within Oracle Accounts Payables.

- Integration Development : Design, develop, and implement robust integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST services, specifically enabling seamless data flow and functionality within Oracle Fusion.

- API and Messaging Proficiency : Demonstrate strong proficiency in XML & JSON messaging formats, ensuring efficient data exchange between systems.

- Middleware Technologies : Leverage extensive experience with various integration platforms and middleware technologies such as Oracle SOA Suite (SOA, BPEL, OSB) to deliver comprehensive integration solutions.

- Cloud & Distributed Programming : Apply expertise in cloud-based technologies and distributed programming concepts to develop scalable and resilient solutions.

- Programming & Database Development : Utilize strong command of programming languages such as Java and deep hands-on development experience with database technologies, including SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Database, for database management, query optimization, and development.

- Product Management Support : Collaborate with product teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful product delivery.

- Solution Design & Architecture : Contribute to the architectural design and technical specifications of new features and enhancements within the Oracle ERP landscape.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Provide expert-level support for complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion, OIC, and integrations.

- Mentorship & Guidance : Potentially mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on best practices in Oracle technologies.

- Communication : Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users.

Mandatory Skills :

- Oracle Fusion OIC : Strong hands-on development experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable : In-depth functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable modules.

- PL/SQL : Good expertise and hands-on development experience with PL/SQL.

- SQL : Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with SQL for database management and development.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with other Oracle Fusion modules.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus
