The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level data integration and analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere. This position requires expertise in SAP Datasphere (formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud), SAP HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and experience with modern cloud and hybrid data architectures.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in SAP Datasphere, including spaces, data modeling, and integration features.

- Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem components, including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA Cloud, SAC, and BTP.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, particularly in hybrid data landscapes.

- Knowledge of data integration technologies, including ETL/ELT tools, APIs, and SAP Data Intelligence.

- Strong SQL and data modelling skills, including star and snowflake schemas.

- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, and analytics, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design and Architecture :

- Design and architect scalable, high-performing, and secure data integration and analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere and associated SAP technologies.

- Provide technical leadership in integrating SAP Datasphere with other enterprise systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and non-SAP systems.

- Define and implement data modelling strategies, leveraging SAP Datasphere capabilities like spaces, semantic layers, and virtual access.

- Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Implementation and Delivery :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Datasphere projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Optimize data flows and ensure efficient data processing for large-scale datasets in real-time and batch environments.

- Leverage SAP Datasphere built-in connectors for seamless integration with on-premises and cloud data sources (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and other SAP professionals, to ensure seamless solution delivery.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and peers on SAP Datasphere best practices.
