We are looking for a Senior SailPoint Developer with strong hands?on experience in designing and developing IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow.

This role is focused on development, customization, and integrationsnot support operations.

Experience Required : 6+ Years

Location : Indore, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize SailPoint components: workflows, rules, connectors, forms, and provisioning logic.

- Build API-based integrations using REST/SOAP, JDBC, and cloud/SaaS connectors.

- Implement identity lifecycle processes, access reviews, and governance workflows.

- Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and security teams to deliver secure IAM solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years in IAM with strong focus on SailPoint development.

- Solid experience in Java, Beanshell/Groovy, XML, and API integrations.

- Strong understanding of IGA concepts, compliance workflows, and access governance.

- Experience integrating SailPoint with AD/Azure AD, databases, and SaaS apps.
