Senior Consultant - Artificial Intelligence

As a Senior Consultant, you will design scalable, secure, and modular systems enabling seamless interaction among intelligent agents. You will lead the development of multi-agent frameworks for automated workflows, adaptive exception handling, and enhanced decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI and Generative AI architecture solutions aligned with business requirements

- Architect modular, scalable, and secure agentic AI systems

- Lead development of multi-agent systems for autonomous workflows, exception handling, and decision support

- Build and orchestrate intelligent agent networks using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom frameworks

- Develop and optimize NLP and LLM-powered reasoning, planning, and tool-use capabilities

- Design and implement RAG pipelines and enterprise knowledge retrieval systems

- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for domain-specific use cases

- Lead end-to-end technical design and execution of AI/GenAI projects

- Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems and tools

- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI-driven solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI architecture with enterprise strategy

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 10-12 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related domains

- Strong expertise in Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and autonomous agent frameworks

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar platforms

- Proficiency in Python; experience with .NET is an added advantage

- Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI concepts

- Experience designing RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems

- Ability to design scalable, modular, and secure AI architectures

- Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise ecosystems

- Strong problem-solving and system design skills

- Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments preferred
