WITS Innovation Lab is seeking experienced Senior Configurators to support the implementation and configuration of our Distribution Management System (DMS) across Phase 1 and Phase 2. You will play a key role in customizing the system to meet business needs, ensuring smooth workflows, and supporting deployment activities.

Responsibilities :

- Configure DMS components for Phase 1 (core setup, workflow configuration, access controls) or Phase 2 (advanced workflows, automation, system integration).

- Translate business requirements into technical configurations and solutions.

- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, and testers.

- Validate configurations through testing and support go-live activities.

- Document configuration steps, standards, and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration.

Requirements :

- Proven hands-on experience with Distribution Management System (DMS) configuration in Phase 1 or Phase 2.

- Strong understanding of distribution workflows, metadata, user roles, and system customization.

- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote/offshore environment.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and time zones.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
