Role Summary :

We're looking for a seasoned Commerce Cloud Tester with strong hands-on experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and deep exposure to S/4HANA integration testing. You'll be driving end-to-end testing for complex omni-channel, B2B/B2C, and ERP-integrated scenarios. This role demands strong functional understanding, technical curiosity, and precision in validating high-volume, enterprise-grade commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Test Planning & Strategy :

- Define test approaches, scenarios, and acceptance criteria for SAP Commerce Cloud integrated with S/4HANA.

- Assess dependencies, risks, scope, and alignment with business requirements.

2. Test Execution :

- Execute functional, integration (SIT), system, regression, and UAT test cycles.

Validate end-to-end flows such as :

- Product & pricing sync

- Order-to-cash

- Checkout & payments

- ATP, inventory, and fulfilment

- Customer master & account management

- Test storefront, backoffice, and OCC APIs.

3. Integration Testing :

- Validate integrations via SAP CPI/Integration Suite, OData, REST APIs, IDocs, and RFCs.

- Ensure accurate data flow for orders, inventory, pricing, promotions, and product content.

4. Defect Management :

- Log, triage, and revalidate defects in JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.

- Provide structured daily/weekly test reports.

5. Documentation :

- Maintain test cases, traceability matrix, execution evidence, and reusable regression suites.

6. Collaboration :

- Work with SAP Commerce, S/4HANA, Middleware, and Business teams.

- Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare.

- Participate in sprint ceremonies and integration workshops.
