About You :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure VMs, App Services, Networking (VNets, VPNs, NSG, etc.), Azure Active Directory (AAD), Azure Functions, etc.

- Strong knowledge of Azure Identity & Access Management (IAM) and role-based access control (RBAC).

- Familiarity with Azure CLI, PowerShell scripting, and automation tools like ARM templates or Terraform.

- Experience with Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, and Azure Backup solutions.

- Understanding of networking concepts like DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, and firewall configurations in the Azure context.

- Previous experience in incident management, troubleshooting cloud-related issues, and providing customer support.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in a complex Azure environment.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation is a plus.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions.
