Senior Cloud & Linux System Administrator - Hyper-V/Terraform

Key Responsibilities :

- System Administration: Administer, monitor, and maintain Linux/Ubuntu servers and other infrastructure components hosted on Azure.

- Cloud Infrastructure: Plan and implement scalable infrastructure solutions on the Azure platform.

- Automation: Automate system provisioning, configuration, and maintenance using tools like Ansible or Terraform.

- Patching & Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, patching, backups, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system health.

- Security: Implement robust security protocols, firewalls, and access controls to protect our infrastructure.

- Office 365 Management: Administer and manage our Office 365 environment, including user accounts, permissions, and services.

- Windows Server: Use your experience with Windows Server and Hyper-V management to support a hybrid environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Linux system administration.

- Cloud & M365: Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Office 365 administration.

- Scripting: Strong scripting and automation skills using languages like Bash and PowerShell.

- Infrastructure as Code: Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.

- Backup & Recovery: Proven experience with backup and restore tools and strategies.

- Windows: Experience with Windows Server and virtualization technologies like Hyper-V.

- Certifications: Certifications such as AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), RHCE, MCSA, or Microsoft 365 Certified are highly desirable
