Senior/Chief Machine Learning Engineer

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior / Chief Machine Learning Engineer AI Workflow Automation to join a high-impact engineering team focused on building next-generation AI-powered workflow automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Python, Cloud AI Services, Agentic AI Systems, and scalable AI architecture, along with a passion for solving complex automation challenges. You will play a key role in integrating advanced AI capabilities into enterprise workflow platforms and driving intelligent automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions for workflow and process automation.

- Build, optimize, and maintain scalable machine learning models tailored for workflow automation challenges.

- Integrate advanced AI capabilities into workflow automation platforms while ensuring high performance and seamless user experience.

- Drive continuous improvements in platform scalability, reliability, and functionality.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled automation solutions.

- Develop intelligent agentic AI systems and automation frameworks.

- Work on AI orchestration, workflow intelligence, and process optimization initiatives.

- Build and optimize data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and AI model deployment processes.

- Ensure production-grade scalability, monitoring, and performance optimization of AI systems.

- Contribute to architecture discussions, innovation initiatives, and AI best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with strong focus on AI/ML development.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud AI Services.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

- Expertise in Machine Learning frameworks and AI model development.

- Strong understanding of :

a. Data Processing

b. Feature Engineering

c. Scalable AI Systems

d. Model Optimization

- Experience building or working with Agentic AI Systems and MCP (Model Context Protocol).

(Hands-on experience preferred; otherwise strong conceptual understanding is required.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design innovative AI solutions.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary and global teams.

- Passion for experimentation, innovation, and emerging AI technologies.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Camunda.

- Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks and enterprise automation systems.

- Knowledge of scalable cloud-native AI architectures.

- Experience working in Agile product engineering environments.

- Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven automation use cases.
