Senior Certified Pega Developer

About the Role :

Intellectt Inc. is actively seeking a Senior Certified Pega Developer to lead the development of robust, enterprise-grade BPM applications using the Pega Platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a key role in architecting scalable and high-performance solutions that drive business transformation.

You will work closely with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver mission-critical Pega applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate complex business needs into scalable, efficient Pega PRPC solutions.

- Mentor junior developers, review code, and ensure adherence to development best practices.

- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to design integrated, future-proof architectures.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance tuning.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, quality, and security requirements.

Required Qualifications :

- Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is mandatory.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development, with leadership on key deliverables.

- Strong expertise in case management, rule resolution, and integration using REST/SOAP connectors.

- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Key Technical Skills :

- Understanding of DevOps practices and exposure to tools like Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket.

- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a strong plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
