Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Camunda BPMN workflows and decision models to automate business processes for our clients.

- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate Camunda with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process execution.

- Develop and maintain Java-based Camunda process applications using Spring framework to meet specific business requirements.

- Optimize Camunda workflows and processes to improve performance and scalability, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the developed solutions, maintaining high standards of code quality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Camunda deployments and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster their growth and development, contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex BPM solutions using the Camunda platform, leveraging its core features and functionalities.

- Proven expertise in Java and Spring framework, with the ability to develop robust and scalable Camunda process applications.

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development, with experience in integrating Camunda with other enterprise systems using JSON.

- Hands-on experience with database technologies such as MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and data management.

- Ability to deploy and manage Camunda applications in Docker containers, demonstrating proficiency in containerization technologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Chandigarh.
