Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Camunda Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of complex workflow automation solutions in our Bangalore office. In this capacity, you will serve as the technical authority for our Business Process Management (BPM) initiatives, translating intricate business requirements into robust, scalable process models. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and key business stakeholders to streamline operational efficiency and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design end-to-end process automation solutions using Camunda to optimize complex business workflows for internal and external stakeholders.

- Lead the development of high-performance RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration between Camunda engines and existing enterprise microservices.

- Mentor junior developers and engineering teams on BPMN best practices and clean coding standards to maintain high-quality technical output.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks within process engines to ensure maximum system reliability and uptime for critical business operations.

- Partner with product owners to translate high-level business objectives into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between technical architecture and business goals.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and deploying Camunda-based BPM solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Proven ability to design and implement complex BPMN 2.0 models that effectively map business logic to automated execution flows.

- Strong proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs, with a deep understanding of service-oriented architecture and microservices patterns.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.

- 5 - 8 years of professional experience in software architecture and process automation.
