Job Title : SAP C4C Consultant (Functional + Technical)

Experience : 7 + Years

Department : SAP Cloud Solutions

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute SAP C4C implementation projects (Sales and/or Service).

- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to standard SAP C4C functionalities.

- Configure and customize SAP C4C solutions including Business Rules, Workflow, Approvals, and UI personalization.

- Prepare functional specifications for technical development (integration, extension).

- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices based on SAP Cloud roadmap.

- Conduct end-user training, UAT support, and go-live activities

Technical Responsibilities :

- Develop custom objects, scripts, and enhancements using C4C SDK (PDI/ABScripting).

- Build and maintain integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA using CPI, Web Services, IDoc, OData, or REST APIs.

- Develop mashups, extension fields, and custom reports/KPIs.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with BASIS/Integration teams.

- Participate in performance tuning and optimization of the C4C environment.

Must-Have Skills :

- Minimum 7 years of SAP C4C experience, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.

- Deep knowledge of C4C Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

- Hands-on experience in SAP C4C SDK (PDI), AB Scripting, and UI Designer.

- Experience with integration platforms such as SAP CPI or PI/PO.

- Proficient in data migration techniques (using Data Workbench, CSV, Mass Data Maintenance).

- Good understanding of SAP backend systems (ECC/S4HANA) and integration points
