- An engineering graduate with 6-8 years of experience in design and development, specifically in code/test-code development within software projects using relevant programming languages (C#) and tools.

- At least 3 years of experience in a process-oriented software organization.

- Expert knowledge in C# .NET development.

- Advanced experience in Windows Desktop applications, including WinForms.

- Competence in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).

- Expertise in software development on and for the Windows platforms.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong debugging skills, with the ability to find the root cause for defects, fix them, and assess the impact of those fixes.

- Hands-on experience in writing clean code and software craftmanship.

- Hands-on experience in applying basic design principles.

- Hands-on experience in implementing automated developer tests using frameworks like NUnit and Moq.

- Self-motivated, a quick learner, with good verbal and written communication skills.
