Senior C++ Developer (Win32) | Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are hiring for a Full-Time, Permanent opportunity for a high-impact Windows Application Development role.

Role : Senior C++ Developer (Win32)

Location : Bangalore (5 Days Work From Office - Mandatory)

Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable) :

- Strong hands-on experience in C++ / VC++ (Minimum 5+ Years)

- Win32 API / Windows System Programming (Minimum 1.5+ Years MUST)

- Experience in Multithreading, DLL, OOPS Concepts

- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio (2019 / 2022)

- Experience working on Windows 10 / 11 Environment

- Good debugging skills (WinDbg / Crash Analysis - Preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & develop Windows desktop applications using C++ / VC++

- Work extensively on Win32 API & system-level programming

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting & performance optimization

- Implement multithreading & concurrency handling

- Develop & integrate DLLs and reusable components

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions & Agile development

- Ensure high-quality, stable & scalable application delivery

Good To Have :

- Experience with MFC / COM

- Exposure to system-level debugging & performance tuning

Candidate Requirements :

- No Relocation - Must be based in Bangalore
