Were looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology and strategy.

In this role, youll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions translating ideas into systems that support ETSs mission and drive measurable impact.

You'll collaborate across teams to define project goals, gather requirements, and guide the development of scalable, user-focused solutions.

Your insights will help shape proposals, improve processes, and ensure our systems deliver with precision and purpose.

What Youll Do :

- Serve as a trusted liaison between business units, IT teams, and clients.

- Lead requirements gathering, process modeling, and business case development.

- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.

- Analyze workflows and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and impact.

- Communicate project scope, timelines, and costs with clarity and confidence.

- Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure solutions meet expectations.

- Review test plans and provide feedback to strengthen quality assurance.

- Manage change requests and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot issues and guide resolution with empathy and expertise.

- Champion continuous improvement and ethical standards in every solution.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Business Process Modeling techniques.

- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar).

- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

- Familiarity with software testing methodologies, including test plan creation and UAT coordination.

- Knowledge of system integration concepts, APIs, and database fundamentals (SQL).

- Experience working with or supporting financial or enterprise business applications is preferred.
