Description :

The Senior Business Systems Analyst (SAP PP/MM) partners with global business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design scalable SAP solutions, and support Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Inventory Management processes. This role requires strong functional expertise in SAP PP/MM, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a global onsiteoffshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with business users to understand operational requirements and translate them into effective SAP PP/MM solutions.

- Analyze complex manufacturing and supply chain processes and propose scalable, process-aligned system designs.

- Lead and participate in workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.

- Contribute as a key team member or functional lead on SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement initiatives.

- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and process flow documentation.

- Drive solution design across Production Planning, Shop Floor Execution, Inventory Management, and related integrations.

- Perform hands-on SAP PP/MM configuration to support new and existing business processes.

- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.

- Support master data management, process controls, and system integrity across manufacturing operations.

- Work closely with onsite and offshore teams including BSAs, ABAP developers, QA, and technical teams.

- Coordinate solution prioritization, delivery timelines, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.

- Collaborate with third-party vendors, contract manufacturers, and external system providers.

- Develop test scenarios, unit test cases, and UAT scripts.

- Execute testing cycles, document results, and support business users during UAT.

- Ensure solutions meet quality, compliance, and performance standards.

- Create training materials, SOPs, and user documentation.

- Deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions to business users and support teams.

- Support change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and system enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting SAP PP/MM.

- Solid understanding of Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Inventory Management processes.

- Hands-on SAP PP/MM configuration experience.

- Experience working in global, multi-plant manufacturing environments (high-tech manufacturing is a plus).

- Ability to work independently in a remote offshore or hybrid delivery model.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
