A seasoned, career-focused BA who acts as the primary bridge between enterprise-level end customers and technical delivery teams. This role requires a professional "groomed" in BA methodologies who can navigate the complexities of high-profile projects in large organizations.

Tasks :

- Leading requirement-gathering workshops and discovery sessions directly with clients.

- Translating high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

- Mapping current-state "as-is" processes and designing future-state "to-be" workflows.

- Validating technical designs against business requirements to ensure project alignment.

Responsibilities :

- Ensuring clear communication and alignment between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams.

- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing features based on business value and ROI.

- Maintaining rigorous documentation standards across the full SDLC.

- Serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for project scope and business objectives.

Drive alignment on business objectives, success metrics, and scope boundaries early in the project lifecycle.

- Conduct a comprehensive legacy system decomposition, documenting workflows, data models, integrations, rules engines, and exception handling.

- Perform detailed gap analysis to ensure feature parity or approved enhancements in the new solution.

- Identify redundant, outdated, or inefficient processes and propose optimized, future-state alternatives.

- Ensure business-critical functionality is not lost during system decommissioning.

- Own and manage the Jira backlog, translating strategic business goals into well-defined Epics, Features, and User Stories.

- Write high-quality user stories with clear Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD).

- Partner closely with Engineering and QA to clarify requirements, refine stories, and support sprint planning and backlog grooming.

- Continuously prioritize and re-prioritize work based on business value, dependencies, and delivery risks.

- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product leadership, engineering teams, and external vendors.

- Facilitate discussions to manage scope, expectations, trade-offs, and change requests.

- Present clear and concise progress updates, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

- Build strong relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.

- Document as-is and to-be processes using BPMN or equivalent standards.

- Assess business impact of system and process changes, including operational readiness and training needs.

- Support organizational change by ensuring stakeholders understand new workflows, system capabilities, and benefits.

- Contribute to the development of user guides, training materials, and operational documentation.

- Define and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, scenarios, and test cases.

- Coordinate UAT execution with business users, ensuring issues are tracked, prioritized, and resolved.

- Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements and align with business intent.

- Support go-live readiness, defect triage, and post-implementation reviews.
