Senior Business Analyst - MDM

About the Role :

- Travel required : Saudi Arabia for 3 months

Job Responsibilities :

- We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Master Data Management to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.

- You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and data governance leads to define, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for MDM projects.

- The candidate must be open to on-site travel to Saudi Arabia for 3 - 6 months.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for MDM and data governance initiatives.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications and data models. Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments.

- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities.

- Maintain business process documentation and change logs.

Primary Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in MDM/Data Governance or ERP master data projects.

- Strong understanding of data domains such as Material, Customer, Supplier, and BOM Master.

- Familiarity with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Ataccama, Stibo, etc.). Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.

- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modelling, use case modelling, and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

- Certification(s) in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and/or MDM/PIM (e.g., Certified Information Management Professional - CIMP) are a plus.
