- Product Ownership Support: Assist product owners in defining features, writing user stories, and managing the product backlog for hybrid mobile applications.

- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business units, UX designers, developers, and QA teams.

- Mobile App Focus: Define and validate features specific to hybrid mobile applications (Ionic/Angular), considering performance, UX, offline support, and device capabilities.

- Data Analysis: Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing app usage, behavior analytics, and business KPIs.

- Change Management: Drive change adoption and support end-user training and documentation.

- Testing Support: Coordinate UAT, prepare test scenarios, and validate that delivered features meet business expectations.

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in mobile or enterprise application development.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Postman.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

- Experience working on mobile platforms is a plus

- Certification in CBAP, PO/PM, or Agile BA is a plus
