Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst / Presales - Solution Consultant to join our Customer Success Group (CSG). The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business, technology, and customers, supporting presales activities and solution consulting while driving value-based discussions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead presales and solution consulting activities for clients

- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions

- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to design effective solutions

- Conduct requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, use cases)

- Participate in client discussions, demos, and solution walkthroughs

- Provide strategic inputs to improve customer success and solution adoption

- Act as a lead BA guiding best practices and analytical approaches

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of overall industry experience

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Solution Consultant / Presales role

- Background as a developer in the past (mandatory)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Passionate, proactive, and a go-getter mindset

- Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and clients

- Candidate should be a local/native of Bhopal

Good to Have :

- Experience working with customer success or enterprise solutions

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Experience in handling client-facing roles and solution positioning
