We are seeking a hands-on senior business analyst for sales analytics to partner with sales, marketing, revenue operations, and leadership to turn data into actionable insights.
The role requires strong business acumen, excellent SQL and dashboarding skills, and the ability to translate complex data into simple recommendations that improve pipeline velocity, conversion, and overall revenue performance.
You will own the analytics stack across Salesforce, Alteryx, dbt, and Tableau, helping drive data-informed decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with sales leadership and revenue operations to frame business questions, define KPIs, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain standardized reporting for pipeline health, funnel conversion, SDR/AE performance, lead routing, and forecast accuracy.
- Lead ad hoc analyses on campaign effectiveness, territory coverage, channel performance, and pricing/discounting trends.
- Design robust SQL/dbt models for sales data marts, ensuring clean definitions, documentation, and repeatable data workflows.
- Develop and maintain user-friendly Tableau dashboards, driving adoption through training, versioning, and stakeholder feedback.
- Monitor Salesforce data hygiene, optimize reporting datasets, and collaborate with Sales Ops and Data Engineering to resolve data issues.
- Implement QA checks, alerting, and monitoring for critical reports and pipelines; document metrics, dashboards, and workflows.
